A single storey, 2 bedroom villa in a very private location close to the village of Orba. The property is approached via a long drive with off road parking for 3 or 4 cars and is located on a totally flat plot. The villa itself an open plan living room and kitchen plus a utility room.

There is a glazed nyah which would make a perfect dining room plus 2 bedrooms and one family bathroom.Outside there is a pool with a large pool terrace area and also a large garden area. It is unusual to have such a relatively large flat plot in this development and would make either an ideal family or holiday home. The property does need some updating but has a great deal of potential and is ideal for anyone looking for a property with a minimum of steps.
